Victor was born in Beit-Dajan, Palestine. He passed away in Torrance, CA on January 23, 2015 with his family members at his hospital bedside. Victor was born in Beit-Dajan, Palestine. He passed away in Torrance, CA on January 23, 2015 with his family members at his hospital bedside. Victor is survived by his sons Arthur and George and daughter-in-law Virginia (Ginny) and grandchildren Genevieve (Hazboun) Ortega and Daniel Hazboun. Victor is survived by his brother Jack in California and sisters Odette and Angele Hazboun in Palestine. Victor was preceded in death by his loving wife Julie in 2005, his brother Joseph and his sister Madeleine Mauge.

Victor was a high school teacher for most of his life and was a boy scout troop leader in Jordan. Upon immigrating to the United States in 1966 he became a Traffic Manager for Tape-Athon Music, Inc. in Inglewood, CA.

He loved gardening, reading, cooking, playing chess, and had a

passion for being a handyman with anything that required repair.

Victor was deeply religious and loved to converse about history,

politics, and especially his life during his youth in the family

orange groves in Palestine. He will be sadly missed by everyone

who knew him.

Rosary and vigil service will be held on Friday January 30, 2015 at

7pm at St. Margaret Mary Catholic church, 25511 Eshelman Ave,

Lomita, CA. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday January

31, at 10am at St. Margaret Mary. Interment will follow at Holy

Cross Cemetery 5835 W. Slauson Ave, Culver City, CA.
